How to order

There are three simple steps:

1. Add the items you want to the shopping cart. Order can be made in two ways:
   • Use online ordering. Click the "Chekout" button and enter your email and password (if you are already a registered customer) or register (if you are a new customer). Finalize your order by following the instructions.
   • Alternatively, simply send us an email to info@tibolab.com, listing products you want to purchase. Do not forget to include billing and shipping addresses.
   
   The shipping costs depend on the Shipping Address and the total weight and size of your ordered products. Once your order is received, the delivery cost will be included in the Proforma Invoice, which we will send you back to Your email address.
   
   
2. In either case you will receive aforementioned Proforma Invoice with details about deadlines and total cost of your order.
   
   
3. Finally, please send us an email confirmation that you accept the conditions listed in the final Proforma Invoice. Without your final confirmation your order will not be proceeded.
